James Farr holds a Master of Philosophy in Sport and Exercise Science from Auckland University of Technology — one of the few coaches in Wellington operating at this level of qualification. Combined with dual international accreditation (CSCS and ASCC) and experience coaching at Hurricanes Super Rugby, NZ Football, and England Cricket, every programme at Intentio is grounded in the same principles applied at elite level — adapted to fit your goals, your body, and your life.
That means proper assessment before programming. Load management, not just exercise selection. And coaching that explains the why, not just the what.
